Dear all, I have an agent which forward mail to third person once new mail arrived in the mailbox. However, the sender for the mail that received by the third person is not the mail originator but the mail receiver. Does anyone know how to forward the mail to the third person but the sender must be written the originator’s name.
I have tried this using the "Rule" in the mailbox setting, it works. I am not able to apply the rule in user's mailbox because it is visible and changable by the user, so I have to do this using my own agent.
