Hello,In one users mailbox A i had enabled the Send copy to rule - which sends a copy of new messages to another mailbox B as specified in the rule. This worked fine.
Now the rule has been deleted from the mailbox but somehow it is still active as messages to mailbox A still go to mailbox B, in spite of no rule being there in mailbox A.
any ideas anyone.
