I will create a mail rule that forwards all mails to another address. When I create a mail rule and go to the Specify Actions box to select “Send copy to”, the option is not there. “Move to folder”, “Delete” and so on are all there.
I have checked that the “User rules mail forwarding” setting is enabled on the server in the configuration document.
I have also checked with users elsewhere in other companies, and they all have that option.
Can there be other settings that can prevent the “Send copy to” option from appearing in the mail rule dialog box?
