Send button not hidden after sending.. HELP

Hi

I have created a form for a service. My problem is that i need to hide my requestor send button after the requestor click on the button. This button will not appear once the next person open the document. Because the next person who open the form will be a administrator who will then process the form for the requestor.

Why don’t you hide it according to the Role of the person?

Thanks Rusyinni for replying.

I have try the using @IsNotMember but it does not help… any suggestion. Maybe i have set wrongly any sample for the following:

Requestor send to administrator, when administrator open the form requestor button will be hidden for the administrator view. This is because the administartor cannot change whatever the requestor request. Then the administrator will send the email to the DeptHead for approval. So when the DeptHead received the form both the requestor and administrator button have to be hidden from the DeptHead.

Let the formula be:!@Members(“[Admin]”;@userroles)

And make sure your Roles is “[Admin]” at the ACL

Anyway i have found a solution. But it is thru hard coding.

'=====================================

Dim statuscount As Integer

Dim itemworth As Variant



itemworth = doc.GetItemValue("Status2")

Print itemworth(0)

statuscount = Cint(itemworth(0)) +1

Call doc.ReplaceItemValue("Status2", statuscount)

'=====================================

then i set a hidden field call status2 and set the value at the formula as 0 and and at the action tab i set Status2=“1”
