Send and file folder list

I’m having an issue with a mail database where when you click send and file, one of the folders from the folder list is displayed twice. If you click on one of them and hit send it doesn’t show up but if you click on the other, it ends up in that folder.

I’ve tried replacing the database design, even going from version 8.0 and back to 8.5 but the duplicate entry is always there.

Any suggestions?

Create a new folder and move everything from the duplicate folders into the new folder then delete the duplicate folders.
