I currently have two servers (server A) and (server B) with aprox 1000 users on each server. I am planning on adding a third server (server C) and clustering all three together. What I am looking to do is create partial replicas for users mail files that their home mail server is A and B and put these partials on C. Does anyone have an idea of how to automate this. Also going forward when I register people I would like to automatically create a partial replica on the C server for every user that I register. Any ideas or direction is greatly appreciated.

You can use a Registration policy to create a new replica on another server. As for the selective replication, I have no idea.
