I have seen one other post in the forum on this topic with no resolution.
We have many users complaining that the selection gutter randomly disappears even though the option is selected in preferences. Restarting the client corrects the issue but it will randomly occur throughout the day. This also causes deletes when multiple documents are selected to delete the wrong email.
Any thoughts?
