In my previous Lotus Notes 6 version I was able to select random e-mail by placing a check next to them and later dragging and droping in a file folder. How do I accomplish this with this new version of Lotus 8? I get over a 100 e-mails a day and need to be able to scroll through and select random e-mails and file them away all at once. I don’t have time to do one e-mail at a time or play with the CTRL function. Thank you
Subject: use ordinary UI Select features
Control + Click for individual docs, or if you have a range, click on the first one, then hold down Shift and click on the last one.
Subject: Selecting e-mail to move or delete - still a problem - no solution
Thank you for your response. As I mentioned in the original post the Control + is not an option for me. I read them and mark the ones to move and delete. There fore the Control function does not work. It only works if you at once try to organize. Secondly, you select 15 e-mails and click something accidentally and you have to redo everything. So it is not an option.
