SELECT @Name([CN]; @UserName) = @Name([CN]; From_1)

Can anybody help me, please? I put as view selection formula next code(It’s from Lotus Designer help):

SELECT @Name([CN]; @UserName) = @Name([CN]; From_1)

And it doesn’t work… I’m sure, that UserName and From_1 is the same. (I just put both oh them in two filds, ran my application and compared it).

So, any ideas, please, why it doesn’t work?

Subject: SELECT @Name([CN]; @UserName) = @Name([CN]; From_1)

The selection criteria is used when building the view index and is therefore independent of the person looking at the view (at least for a public view).

Maybe you need to look at a view categorised on @Name([CN]; From_1) and then use “show single category” with @Name([CN]; @UserName) as the category?
