We are a small company with 2 Domino servers - one in Canada, one in the USA. I have been elected Administrator. I know enough to be dangerous. Whoever set my account up did it in a way that I can connect to our databases on either server. No one else can though.
ie if someone in the US goes [file][database][open][server] they just see US & local. I see US, Canada & local. I would like to get the US people access to the Canadian copies of the dbs in case I need to shut down their server - it has some issues.
How do I do this? Thanks

I’m not a lotus notes admin, but I believe if you’re people in the U.S. enter the Canadian Server name and hit enter they will be able to connect to it and in the future see it on their drop down list.
AFAIK, the “list” is just a list of servers you’ve connected to… Not an actual, you have permission to connect to list.

Thanks. Bizzarely enough today everyone can see both servers. They just have to click Other and it gives an option for both. I swear yesterday this didn’t happen. Oh well.
