Security Policy

Hello,

This is my problem.

I want to put password security in place in my company.

I’ve created a Security Setting for :

Enforce change pwd on 1st logon

Put a requiered change interval

Synch the internet pwd with Notes pwd

etc etc

I’ve created an explicit policy with this setting.

I’ve applied this policy to one test user.

I see now in the person doc that he puts a password digest and a last date changed, but my fields Requiered changed and Grace Period are still on “0”…normally it should be “60” and “10” as in my policy…

More than that, he is requiring me to change the pwd on 1st logon… :frowning:

Someone has an idea about this ?

This is probably too late, but I’m searching for policy things and came across this one unanswered.

The policy update shouldn’t update those fields. It will still check and expire the passwords because the policy’s in place. It’s independent of those fields.
