Currently no security policy setting document exists for our production server.
We want to introduce security policy setting document so that the password configuration adheres to the audit requirements.
My query is when a security policy setting document is created, would the changes be applicable immediately? If the user logs into lotus notes after the security policy setting document is created, would he be asked to change his password immediately to conform to the settings configuration. Or would he be asked to change his password after certain change interval. (Currently, the change interval is 0 within the password management section in the address book)
Further, would creating a single security policy setting document in the administrator ensure that the new password configurations are applicable for all users of the server?
