When exchanging internal e-mails the conversations are placed in sections on each successive reply. Some or all sections are collapsed by default and when a user prints the document the e-mail prints out with those sections collapsed. In earlier versions the sections were automatically expanded. Anyone know of a way to get them to expand? We are wasting paper because users don’t know to expand the sections before printing (Shift +). I tried to place “Call source.ExpandAllSections” in the PostOpen form event but when I do this I get “document command is not available” error. Also tried placing it in the CoreEmailClasses under PostOpenExtension, same error. We are using the 8.0.2 mail template. I did ask IBM about this and their answer was: An enhancement request for this new functionality has been submitted to Quality Engineering as SPR# JRGE7HUMVQ
