Hi
I have a field which I have enabled for encryption & also set the Default Encryption Keys for the Form.
However, the document doesn’t automatically encrypt when user saved the document.
When I checked on the document Properties Security tab in the View, no Secret key is selected. However, if I put the document in Edit mode, the secret key is there.

Hi - does the user who is saving the document actually have the secret key? I think it needs to be merged with their ID for them to be able to encrypt the document (even if you have set the key as the default for the form).
