I would like to delegate some of admin function to another IT employee and limit her access to add/modify groups and person docs in NAB and register new users at the same time I do not want her to be able to change ACL on users mailfiles and modify any security/system related settings in NAB.I will have to obviously:

give her group, user modifier role in NAB

provide her with copy of cert ID (or create another certifier, which one would you recommend?)
question what level of administrator this person needs to be to be able to register new users? (security tab)
