Secondary Address Book not being checked by Lookup process

We have a secondary address book which normally should be checked when the users enter a name memo’s but for some reason the address book is not being checked.

Its listed in the notes.ini as an address book to check, and I can manually select names from it when I click on the TO link, but its not being checked automatically.

Any one seen this before?

you should setup Directory Assistance on your servers. Look it up in admin help.
