I have a secondary address book setup which is shared by all users in the domain. It works fine in Notes clients. However, when users are in DWA, the address book comes up with no entries whether they look at the contacts tab or if they select the address book by clicking on the ‘To’ field when formulating e-mails.
My primary domain address book behaves just fine. I have compared ACL’s of the primary and secondary address books and they are identical.
I’m not sure where else to troubleshoot this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
How have you shared the address book in lotus Notes ? You need to use directory assistance to make sure lookup of secondary address book happens, also this has to be enabled on server where your mail file is. If secondary address book lookup works at your client end you might have the directory server which has DA configured and same may be specified in the location document of notes client.
