Second last email inbox always mirrored (it is only one document)

Hi,

We have just upgraded to 8.0.2 (from 6.5.4)and multiple users now experiencing the same issue.When you are working in a mailbox/inbox (your own or another) the second to last email is always duplicated. If you delete the bottom message, the dupilcated then becomes the new second last email and there is only one copy, the UNID’s and replicaID’s are identical.

This happens for several users (far too much to ingnore the issue) but not all

Subject: compact, fixup, right template

I was having that problem as well. R8.5 server, R8.0.2 client. I found that I had the R8.5 template on my mailfile, and that was also causing a problem with signature. In the process of troubleshooting both of these issues, I took my template back to R8.0.2 and ran compact and fixup on my mailfile. Something in there solved the issue with the duplicate-last-message.

Thanks for your response. In this case it’s just the opposite, I have 8.0.2 server with the mail 8.0.2 template. The issue exists both with a 802 and a 85 client.

I have created a new replica and for now the problem seems to be gone. I hope it won’t come back as many users are having this issue.
