Searching the calendar

Our Manager Assistant has access to the manager’s agenda.

ACL shows for her

  • User type: Person
  • Access: No access
  • Read public documents
  • Write public documents
  • Replicate or copy documents
    She has full access to the agenda: creating, deleting, modifying.

But she cannot use the magnify tool in order to search the agenda unless she has a least a Reader access to the mailbox.

The problem occurs with maibox with template version 7, regardless notes client version (7, 8.5 or 9).

Is this a normal behaviour from Notes ?

Is there workaround ?
