I’m searching for documentation(redbooks or simple answers) of Lotus Notes view’s. I want to know: - How work view index refresh and when it’s refreshed

  • What is view display refresh(F9)

  • When view index is recreated

  • What is cached and what is not cached in view’s

  • How work view refresh index options(Auto…,Automatic,Manual) - I read designer help - it’s not enought for me.

Ok. I was found some answers there. Thanks.One more question:

  • In adminhelp is that update and updall tasks ignores refresh index view properties. Then how works view indexes with property “Automatic” and “Auto, at most evey…” ?
