Searching for Elements Signed with a specific ID

Is there a relatively easy way to search through the databases on a Domino server looking for elements (agents, etc) that have been signed with a specific id file? For example, selecting someone from the name and address book and seeing any agents etc they have signed across a single or several servers?

Teamstudio has a product (Configurator) that we used for that when we changed our notes domain. I think you have to do each individual database, though.
