Searching Error

I have a search option in my application.When u input some text,it show the related document list.But the problem is in the leftside of all the document list,Black boxes are showing.The no. of black boxes are the no. of searching Document.How i will fix that problem.I dont like to see the black boxes in the left side.pls give me suggestion.
