Hello,The company for which i work, about one month ago, sets as default, for all emplyee and always, all mail sent inside company must be encrypted.
We have Lotus 8.5.3 working on Windows 7.
The problem is that using the “search this view” under “view” menu’, the result shown only old email that was not encrypted.
This occur at indexed and not indexed database.
I tryed updall, CTRL+SHIFT+F9, rebuild index…but nothing seems work.
I’m thinking that is “work as designed”…

Did you try to delete the Index and create a new one with option “Index encrypted fields” enabled?

Problem is that, “normal” users are “editor” on their mail file with no index option enabled.

May you ask to your Domino Admin to delete and recreate the index on issued databases, if it resides on a Domino Server.
