How do I search and list emails that are marked by the follow up flag?

Given I am viewing the inbox and ‘Search this view’ is active.

When I want to define a field under more option then a long list is offered to me. Where do find the field description, i.e. for the follow up flag?

The field “FollowUpStatus” ??

This field is set to “1” if the follow status is active.

Thanks for your feedback. This query lists all emails marked with FollowUpStatus:“field FollowUpStatus contains 1 OR field FollowUpStatus contains 2 OR field FollowUpStatus contains 3”

Great ! Now how do I select emails that are located in a certain folder?

In the following example I selected ‘All Documents’ folder and want to list emails that are stored under ‘Inbox’.

This search does not list these emails … ?

field FolderName contains Inbox

Could you give me a hint?

Hi,“Search in view” listed only documents in he urrent folder/view.

If you placed on AllDocuments, the “Search” display documents in all folders/view.
