Ladies and gentlemen - issue:
When viewing the mailbox:
User types a keyword, hits enter. I can see the keyword before I type it but when I hit enter, we don’t ‘jump’ to it.
When viewing another database:
User types a keyword, hits enter. I can see the keyword before I type it and when I hit enter, we ‘jump’ to it, confirming the search function works.
Any help is appreciate - thanks in advance.
