The search implementation of NAB groups in lotus client has to be replicated (i.e.) we have to match the search string with all users/all groups (groups within groups) and return the result. any suggestions welcome.

Are you looking for the names of all groups that a person belongs to? If so, just search the NAB for all group documents containing the name you want. I did this once like this:
search = |@IsAvailable(Members)=1 & @Contains(Members; “| & name1.Canonical & |”)|
Or maybe you need to clarify what your requirement is?

i need to match a search string e.g. “abc” available in any part of Contacts, groups,group members, subgroups,dead entries of groups, etc… I am new to notes development. The formula for this one is needed.
