I’m having issues using the mouse scroll wheel in my inbox (or any mail folder) in the 8.0.2 client under Vista. If I select a message, I can sometimes scroll up or down a couple lines with the wheel, but usually not. Standard mail template, and the scroll wheel works normally in all other non-Notes applications, and seems to work ok in other (pre-8) notes application databases.
Is anybody else seeing this?

in the Inbox all will work fine and then the Mouse wheel will stop and the scroll bars on the side will not move up and down in the view. You can still use the cursor keys to move up and down. Must be a bug as if you close and reopen you mail file it fixes the issue every time. I’m using 8.0.2 Client on Vista SP1 with Domino 8.0 backend.

This is a bug in Notes 8, sometimes the scroll wheel will stop working, and closing and reopening the mail file works to resolve the issue temporarily. IBM has an SPR regarding this, and if you have a support contract, I recommend you call them and let them know you are experiencing this issue so that they may add your record to the SPR.
