Scroll not working inbox view

Lotus Notes 9.01 basic client installed on Windows Surface Pro.

You can scroll (swipe) up and down inside the message but in the inbox view you can not.

No issues under standard client. Only issue occurs in basic client in the inbox view.

Have you guys seen this issue?
