We have some users that when they change from a screen to another screen in Lotus Notes, there are still images of the previous screen. It is not all the time but enough to get upset. Any ideas as to why or how to fix the issue. This is 8.0.2 that they are using. And it is Windows 7 Pro on thier laptops.

the only time I have seen something like this in the past, it was with thin clients. Due to the particulars of the setup at the time, the client profiles had a low setting of some kind - color depths or refresh rate or something. Could also be an issue with the system RAM or display driver/video memory.
Subject: 32 bit vs 64 bit
Could it be that we have 64 bit systems and are running Lotus Notes that is made for 32 bit ???
