Scheduled Replication option is enabled but not editable

Hello,

We copied our Production database (***.nsf file) to our UAT/Dev server. And there I have found Scheduled Replication option is enabled but not editable in that copy in UAT/Dev server. It’s greyed out in Replication > Options for this application… properties dialog box.

How we could prevent this database from getting replicated automatically. Any help is most welcome.
