I have a scheduled agent which is scheduled to run on 3rd day of every month. It runs on the given day but it is running multiple times (2 or 3 times) on that day instead of once.

Are the multiple replicas of the database, and is the agent set to run on “any server”?

No there are no multiple replicas. But it is set to run on Server.
