is it possible to schedule the synchronization with ADSynch ? I think I should use Miscrosoft Tool.
Actually I have AD users and computer management on window server 2003.

Synchronization is event-driven, so there’s no way to schedule it. After reading a few of your posts on the subject, I think you may want more functionality than ADSync provides. If it turns out ADSync doesn’t do what you are looking for, I recommend looking into Tivoli Directory Integrator, which is a more robust solution.
