We have ScanMail for ScanMail for Domino 3.0 installed on Domino Server 7.0.2. All patches applied for both scanmail and lotus. Last year during our renewal of the antivirus we faced an issue where the license would show as expired even after deleting and adding a new license profile. We initiated a command on the server console, that checks the license status Online.This year we are facing the same issue, however i cannot find that command and the license would always show as expired. I tried all suggested methods on trendmicro website without luck.
Would appreciate if anyone knows the server console command that checks the status online of the Activation Code inserted.
