Hello,
One of my colleagues is located in Sweden, therefore he needs Swedish characters. Unfortunately, everytime he should see a character like that, he gets a questionmark instead.
I guessed it had to do with his character encoding settings. So I had him change it to UTF8. After that, everything worked fine. That is, until his re-install a week ago. Now again, he gets the questionmarks instead of Swedish characters, even though I had him change his settings to UTF8 again.
Has anyone an idea why this is happening? And maybe what settings I need to change?
