Saving XPage - Tabbed Table

Hello,

I have been developing in XPages for a while now and have just done my first tabbed table.

The user goes to each tab and fills in the required fields. On the last tab, there is a submit button. This should save the doc and open the thank you page.

The Submit button ONLY seems to be saving the data on the tab the submit button is on. Is this a bug or am i missing an option??

Subject: This is a known issue and it will be fixed…

This is a know issue which we’ve fixed for 8.5.1, and we’re looking to get this fix into a 8.5 fix pack.

The only workaround for now is to review all the tabs on the tabbed panel before you submit then you’ll get all the data saved.

It’s a workaround but not a great workaround.

Thanks for letting me know…at least i know its not my code! :wink:

Could you tell me the release date of either :

  • The Fix Pack containing this fix for 8.5

  • version 8.5.1

This is really critical for our project and if you could tell me the dates i would much appreciate it!

Subject: 8.5 FP1 and 8.5.1 targets

We’re looking to June for FixPack 1 for 8.5, and Q3 for 8.5.1.Hope this helps in your planning.
