Saving sent emails to sent items folder

Hello,we are running Lotus Domino 8.5 with Lotus Notes 7.02 and 8.5. Our problem is when users are sending emails they do not go directly to Sent Items folder. Is there a way to configure this so every email sent is actually saved ?

It’s in the user preferences.You can force that for all users using policy.
