Does anyone have a script to add a button to save emails to a specific network location in a text format? Or can you print an email to a file?

Is this for convenience sake or is it to meet archiving requirements?

This is because some departments in my organization want to save emails to a network location as part of a contract package. Archiving does not solve what they want to do, and rather than cut and paste into say word or notepad and save, they would like a quick way to save the entire email right from notes.
