Saving elements * should go

Hi there

Really minor issue - in the Designer, the tabs that appear across the top, as you open elements (like app root, page, agent, etc etc) I think should open at first with no * in the title, then if a mod is made, they show * in the title. Is that correct?

If so - there are two problems. 1) the * sometimes shows on elements you’ve just opened. 2) the * will still show on elements you’ve just saved with CTRL-S.
