I have started to upgrade clients to 8.02, we are running on a 7.02 fp1 server with the DWA7 template.
A few users have somehow changed the folder that is automatically opening when they go into email. I assumed this would be easy to fix with a save window state, however, this option is not available in preferences or under file and save.
I checked the design of the document it is showing Inbox is the default view and it is set to “restore the last view by user” I am at a loss, I guess uninstalling and reinstalling might be my next option.
Any suggestions!!
