A user creates a new message and selects Save As Draft then sends later. The Notes recipient opens the message and no toolbar buttons specifically reply/reply all/forward buttons are not available until performing Ctrl-E. Is there a setting or option available that can be changed to where the receiver has these available automatically? The problem only occurs if the sender saves as draft.

It’s a known bug I’m afraid. There may be something in the tech database about a workaround…

That’s an old R5.something bug (5.0.8?). It has been fixed since, 'way back in the R5 code stream. No-one’s mentioned it before (in these fora) in relation to the ND6 code stream.
