Save a message for a project into a separate NSF

I would like to save all my messages for a project in a separate NSF, so I can save that file into a project related archive on completion. This is something that was very easy to do with MS, but I can’t seem to find a elegant way in Notes. I did create a new local mail application, and copied messages to it. It is a little awkward to use this file since the name does nto display right in the GUI (so when I have a lot of files, I forget which one is for which project), and I can organize the windows in the GUI to drag and drop messages. Can you give me some tips?

Subject: create an archive, change title and other settings

The easiest thing is to use your archive settings to create a separate archive file for these messages. Drag them into that archive file. Actions>Archive>Settings, click the Create button, give it a name, click Enable, enter a filename\location to create in the “what should happen” section. OK. OK. Drag an email to that Archive. It creates the database the first time. Click on it to access it. You can use File>Application>Properties to change the Title of the database, as well.

NOTE: If you are expecting other people to be able to read these, you will want to be sure the archive is not encrypted and that the ACL is open. File>Application>Properties, Encryption, do not locally encrypt should be selected. File>Application>Access Control, default is at least reader access.
