I was wondering if it’s possible to log into a sametime server via passthru server. We have some users on “internet replication” and can access servers via passthru, and we would like them to be able to log into sametime server (sametime server is internal - not in DMZ - but accessible with passthru). Is this possible?

Sametime is using a different port and protocol to the Domino server.
Your best bet is a VPN
