There is a usability issue with the Sametime Primary Contacts view when using the small, medium or large picture views. These views only show the picture icon for the primary contacts. There is no option to also display the contact name (other than having to hover over the icon). If not everyone in your primary contacts has an associated picture, you get a bunch of identical looking default icons! This makes the view useless to me and I have to resort to the list view even though I’d really rather have the pictures for those who took the trouble to supply them.
