We are currently using Sametime for testing purposes and our userbase is strictly limited. One of our testers reported that he started getting the following error message after providing his password and clicking Login
“Unable to access Sametime due to incorrect logon. Please try again or contact your system administrator.”
He is definitely using the correct credentials. I had him sign into iNotes sucessfully and we even reset his password. I then had him try to sign into Sametime using Pidgin, no go on that one too.
Any ideas where I should start looking? Its obviously not a Client issue since he can’t sign on via Pidgin either. TIA!
