I created a view which uses the new Sametime Integration feature in the first column. I have two computers. One logged on to Sametime as myself and the other logged on to Sametime as User Test. I have the view open on the same computer where I am logged into sametime. If the document for User Test is visible in my view when User Test goes off line or away, then my view is updated automatically as I would expect. However, if the document is not visible in my view when the status of User Test changes, I can scroll up to the document and the status is not updated. It takes 8 to 10 min or pressing F9 to update the status of User Test. I know that this has an explanation — the view indexer task runs every 10 min. However, this is not how users would expect this work.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
