Sametime (integrated) line wrap does not work?

On one of my two laptops the integrated Sametime Chat window the lines of text will wrap and on the other they do not. The laptop where it wraps is XP Pro and where it does not is Vista Home Premium SP2.

I’ve not found how to fix that.

Please advise as long lines of text that do not wrap are VERY annoying.

if you upgraded to IE8, its a bug. IE8 is not supported by Notes yet …

Sigh and MS is going to be pushing IE8 out very soon to everyone.

This is not good news.

So will the fix be in IE8 or in Notes and if in Notes will we have to wait for 8.5.1 or will there be something sooner?

Subject: not an official statement, but I bet its 8.5.1

IE8 is not supported by any IBM product at this point. That means adding a new version of a browser to the testing matrix and that usually means a MR or new version. Without official knowledge, based on passed history, that means 8.5.1 at this point. I can not remember a hotfix for a new browser version.

Moral of the story: don’t upgrade the OS or browser until you see applications support it Officially :slight_smile:
