Sametime Integrated client freezes after PC wake-up

We are experiencing problems with one user.He starts Notes R8.5 and integrated client logs him in fine and well. He then puts PC in sleep mode. When he returns, integrated client does not log him in.

User did try to use Log in, but cannot choose that option as both Log in and Log out are grayed out. He tried to cancel log in and failed as well.

Any ideas?

He just mentioned another way to freeze his Integrated client. Just log out of Sametime and log back in.
