Same email twice?

Hi,

My collegue receives the same email twice (not every time).

Any ideas?

Need more info. Time difference between emails? Addresses being sent to? Does sender have multiple entries in address book?Virus Protection software being used? # of SMTP servers?

Using a wan based cluster vice lan?

Is the user replicating his mail locally? Full text index his mail file?

Was the user R5 and now R6?

We have the same problem. Many clients receive mails twice. Doesn’t matter where it’s coming or what. We use antivirus program trend micro 2.6 for lotus and upgraded it to 3.0 a few days ago, then we had some problems and turned back to 2.6 version. Now we have this problem.

I need a help on,users are getting mails twice…

Suppose one group contains more than 2-4 usrs and outside sender has send the mail to that group , mail is propelry going to all the members of the group but one of the vmember has get mails twice at the smae time only diffrence in size of the mails that is approx 10-100 bytes…

Anybody can help this issue.

We are using Domino 6.5.4 cliient 6.5.2

Alos we are using cluster envirment as weell as local replica of user mailfile.
