Runtime Error when receiving mail from Outlook

Hi!

I have a problem with receiving internet mail from one email address. The mail is sent from the Microsoft Outlook and when I try to open the mail, it throws Runtime Error and Notes crashes:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program File\lotus\notes\NLNOTES.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

Please contact the application’s support team for more information. "

In document’s Properties I see there is digital signature and attched file smime.p7s. In message trailer there is sentence that says

"Please install the files of Pexim Certification Authority

https://ca.pexim.net/resources/rootca.crt

https://ca.pexim.net/resources/rootca.crt, which are necessary to

authenticate my digital signatures."

It seems to me that some agent or script is triggered when opening the mail and something, some dll or settings, missing in Notes to execute this action.

I don’t have much experience with security settings in Lotus Notes and Domino, so I would be greatfull if someone knows something about this problem and give me some hints what to do. Forums and Google were not useful yet.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Sanela
