Running number for form

Hi,

Currently i need to create a form with a running number. Whenever a form is send out then running number will add 1 to the form. Can anyone help!

I’m not sure exactly what you mean by ‘whenever a form is sent out’ ? Do you mean each time you create a new document using that form? Or do you have a document which is mail to various people, and you need to know how many times it has been sent?

If it is the latter - just add a number field to your document and increment it in the ‘Send’ button code.

Hi. Firstly i would like to thanks you for the reply.

What i mean is i need to create a counting system for the that Form i have created. Then each time a new document is send out using that form it will add a count to it.

Example: After send a form call services for the first time the count will increase from 0 to 1. Then the next time i send the document with a new form it will increase from 1 to 2 and so on for the third, fourth…
